Places Strong Emphasis on Market Research and Metrics
Philadelphia– Michael Jalbert, named in September as president of Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI), the world’s largest search and recruitment organizations, announced today that the company will initiate a strong emphasis on market research and metrics to provide its clients and the business media with insight and information gleaned from its more than 35,000 permanent placement transactions each year. The company operates under the brand name MRINetwork™. At present MRI, a subsidiary of staffing and outsourcing leader CDI Corp. (NYSE:CDI), has nearly 1,100 franchised offices in over 35 countries.
Prior to assuming his present leadership role, Jalbert headed up MRI Worldwide Network Limited, which oversees the international organization with the exception of Japan. He has extensive experience in leading business service franchises at companies such as Cendant Corporation and ERA Europe where he was vice chairman and partner. His more than twenty years of experience also include senior positions at Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Chatham Village Foods and AlliedSignal Automotive Aftermarket. He holds a BA in Communication from the University of Rhode Island.
