Rob Romaine

President

Rob Romaine is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting and operations management for IT and engineering staffing and solutions companies.

A 1984 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Rob joined the CDI team in 2002 as Director, Service Delivery and was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting for the CDI Business Solutions Group in 2003. In 2007, he took on the role of Vice President of Global Recruiting & Operations for the new CDI IT Solutions business unit and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009. His other past experience includes 12 years in recruiting and recruiting/operations management positions for IT staffing and solutions companies including Merritt Technical Associates, Butler Technology Solutions and Computer Horizons.

Nancy Halverson

Vice President, Operations

Nancy serves as Vice President, Operations for MRINetwork. She joined the organization as VP, Learning & Talent Development in March 2008 to drive training strategy including the design, development, and delivery of all sales, recruiting and management programs. Since then her role has expanded to include new office development & support, strategic vendor partnerships and most recently, franchise sales.

Prior to joining MRINetwork, Nancy spent more than 19 years in a variety of roles for Spherion Corporation (now Randstad, NA), with her last role as Vice President of Strategic Accounts managing sales and service delivery for a $77M nationwide portfolio of seven of the company's top clients. Prior to that, Nancy held the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Spherion where she was responsible for training, business meeting services, organizational effectiveness, and internal recruiting.

Nancy holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University.

Andre Goldstein

Vice President, Service Excellence

Andre has global responsibility for strategic projects focused on revenue growth; value-added, client-facing solutions; operational efficiency; client satisfaction and continuous improvement, ensuring quality in all business processes. He joined MRINetwork in 1998 and has held international operations, marketing, product development, field operations, strategic planning and technology roles during his tenure. Andre has more than 20 years' business experience, including five years spent living and working in China as a consultant to multinational companies expanding into the region and has successfully negotiated joint venture manufacturing operations in China for a variety of U.S.-based companies.

Andre holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He also has a B.A. in Asian Studies from CWRU.

Lil Roy

Vice President, Field Service

Lil Roy joined an MRINetwork franchise office in the late 70s in a sales role and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager and then GM over a four office, 46 desk business unit. She has been recognized as the National Manager of the Year twice along with multiple office recognitions. She joined the field operations team in 1982 as Regional Manager and held various positions throughout the company. Lil was promoted to Vice President in 1999 and worked on strategic planning and development of growth plans for the top 50 offices within the Network.

Lil began her professional career as a congressional campaign operative and then became a special assistant to a US Congressman from Texas. She holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston, CLC.

Ann Santomas

Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel

Ann Santomas has served as Vice President and Senior Counsel of MRINetwork since December 2006. In her current role she provides legal counsel to the management team, and oversees the franchise administration functions for the Network. Ann has held several positions at MRINetwork prior to her current role including Associate General Counsel and Vice President. Before joining the Network, she served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Franchise Administration and Compliance for Jackson Hewitt Inc. More recently, she was President and director of Browns Canyon.

Gary Williams

Vice President, Franchise Relations

Gary Williams currently directs the efforts of the newly revamped Network's Meetings and Events annual program. In addition, he is responsible for managing the continued creation and evolution of a new MRINetwork Motivation, Recognition and Rewards Program.

Gary joined the Network in 1978 as an Account Executive and has held numerous executive franchise positions within the organization. His extensive tenure includes: SVP Field Operations, SVP International Franchise Development, and Chief Franchise Operations Officer. He was most recently SVP of Franchise Development. Gary was a founding member of the MRINetwork Vision 2001 Team, directed our CSAM Program for many years, and was a founding member of Project NextStep. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Scott Bass

Director, Marketing & Communications

As Director of Marketing, Scott is responsible for all marketing, public relations and communications for MRINetwork.  He joined the organization in January 2008 with a primary focus on marketing support at the account executive level and was quickly promoted to lead all global branding initiatives for our franchisees domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining MRINetwork, Scott worked at Macy's Inc. as a marketing manager where he executed promotional and branding strategies to support the highest-volume division in the organization. Before that, he was with Rolling Stone magazine in a sales and marketing role responsible for increasing revenues for technology, food, beverage, automotive and financial accounts through new business development, servicing of existing accounts, marketing and event planning. Scott began his career as an account executive for an MRINetwork franchise office where he developed new business, managed existing accounts and sold high-revenue recruitment services to large- and mid-sized corporations. 

Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University in MD.

Tim Ozier

Director, Contract Staffing

As the Director of Contract Staffing for MRINetwork, Tim has responsibility for all aspects of contract staffing service delivery, including new office and AE training, RFP response, contract review and negotiation, risk assessment, and back office payroll and billing functions. During his 20-year career in staffing he has worked for some of the biggest companies in the industry, including Randstad, Spherion and Adecco, in a variety of positions including account executive, sales manager, regional director, and national accounts manager. Tim joined MRINetwork in 2007 and recently rejoined the company after a one-year hiatus with a competitor.

Tim is a graduate of Georgetown University and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. 

Suzanne Rice

Director, U.S. Franchise Development

Suzanne joined MRINetwork in 2007 as a Franchise Service Manager supporting offices in the Midwest and Southeast. In this role, she provided guidance to owners on growth strategies, staffing, coaching, managing, technology tools and best practices.  In 2012, Suzanne was promoted to Director of Franchise Development, East where she and her team provided support to offices in Eastern U.S.  In 2013, Suzanne was promoted to her current role with expanded responsibilities for all U.S. franchise offices.

Prior to joining MRINetwork, Suzanne had 27 years of results-oriented sales and management experience in  domestic and international product and service industries including 10 years of tactical recruitment industry experience in contract staffing and permanant placement. Additionally, Suzanne spent 10 years with QWIZ, the innovator and world-leader in PC-based skills testing and training software products for the recruitment industry where she earned roles of increasing responsibility culminating in COO. During her tenure, QWIZ grew from 10 to 100 employees, expanded into Europe, Australia and South Africa, generating $16M in revenue.
