I began my career with Westport One in 1997. I made my first placement within 9 days of starting and I haven't stopped! In August 2000, I achieved the status of a CSAM, or Certified Senior Account Manager. This is a distinction held by less than 10% of the recruiters in the system. In April of 2002, I was promoted to the role of Operations & Development Manager. My primary focus is to identify top talent for our organization and provide training and guidance.

Since "the beginning", I have always made a conscious effort to ensure that the candidate is making the right decision in accepting an offer with my client-company. I also believe in working with client-companies who are quality organizations who have track records of treating their people right, paying them well, and maintaining continued growth. The successful candidate is one who can demonstrate why they have been successful and how they will be successful in our organization.
