I have over 12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience between two top ten pharmaceutical companies. During this time I held sales, sales training and sales management positions. I worked in expansion districts where I had to hire an entire team of individuals. I understand the most important job you do as a manager of any organization is hiring the right people.

I believe hiring is the most critical job function of any level of management. It is also the most difficult in this candidate driven market we are confronted with today. My most important goal is to provide top talent to companies. When I decide to work with a company I look at our relationship as a team with a common goal. I recruit at all levels of marketing and marketing research. I have placed several VPs, directors, as well as, analysts and product managers. I work with both pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on both the east and west coasts.
