He has continued to succeed within the search industry by qualifying for National Pacesetter on a yearly basis, as well as, maintaining his status within the top ten billing managers throughout the organization. He has won numerous Worldwide Billing Manager Top 5 awards.

Prior to joining Protis, Michael began his business career with Ernst & Young. He changed industry focus in 1992 and moved to the Consumer Products arena, rapidly advancing through six positions due to outstanding performance with Nabisco Biscuit Company and Bic Corporation.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Hillsdale College in Michigan.
