Mike brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the merchandising, and supply chain/logistics functions to the search and recruitment business. Spanning a wide range of businesses and industries, he served in roles of increasing responsibility, ranging from planner, buyer, senior buyer and director to VP/DMM, VP and SVP. He led several large-scale implementation and restructuring efforts; supply chain improvement initiatives; and merchandise strategy changes yielding hundreds-of-millions in profitable sales growth. His aggressive career growth also includes creating globally recognized improvements in the price optimization sector of retail.
Over the course of his career, Mike gained significant insights into developing and attracting paradigm-shifting talent. He is highly skilled at managing diverse workforces for multi-national enterprises including overseas sourcing. This unique background has provided him with insights that translate into a strong talent sourcing strategy with an emphasis on utilizing a partner-based program with retailers/wholesalers to tackle the challenges facing the executives who have been his peers. Mike holds the accreditation of CM (Certified Manager), CSSGB (Certified Six Sigma Green Belt), and is a member of several community organizations focused on developing business-minded youth. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
