"I never thought about getting into recruiting, but when I learned I could jump start my business by working in the industry I already know and love, it was a no-brainer."

  1. What is the franchise fee and total investment required?

US franchise locations: The franchise fee is $40,000 plus an additional $16,000 required fee for services, but may be discounted based on military veteran status.* A discount program is also available to experienced individuals who own an existing business in the staffing and recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will have $100,000+ liquid capital, a net worth of $300,000 and top tier credit rating. We understand each franchise candidate's situation is unique, therefore we examine a variety of factors such as liabilities and credit scores.

For franchises outside of the US: The franchise fee is $45,000 USD but may be discounted based on experience such as a significant background in the staffing & recruiting industry. We also offer generous financing options to those that qualify. The ideal franchise candidate will have $50,000+ liquid capital, a net worth of $150,000, and a solid credit rating. Location of a franchisee's office is virtually unlimited, but will be evaluated on an individual basis and should be accessible for support. We understand each prospect's situation is unique based on country and location, therefore we examine a variety of factors and customize a platform according to a franchisee's unique characteristics. Our international franchise fee does not include start-up costs related to IT infrastructure, office set-up, etc.

*To be eligible for the veteran discount, you must have been honorably discharged and must work a minimum of 30+ hours in this new business as a recruiter, manager, or sales person.

  2. Can I be successful and make money?

In one word, 'yes.' Your skill sets and work ethic, combined with our process, training, and support provide the opportunity to make as much money as you would like and build a business worth appreciable dollars. Luckily, we are not bound by a location or product.

  3. What does the MRINetwork franchise include?

We offer a turnkey, full-service franchise in the permanent placement and contract staffing industry.  The franchise fee includes: affiliation with the world's largest, and most successful, recruiting network; four weeks of initial training; fifty weeks of field support; our customized recruiting software / CRM; vendor agreements with the top job boards; a contract staffing backroom; website and marketing collateral; the ability to offer RPO services; the best buying power in the industry; and access to our pooled candidate databases.

  4. Is financing available?

MRINetwork has relationships with third-party lenders, allowing you to choose from SBA-backed loans, operating leases, 401K rollovers, and more.  We will assist in creating your business plan, and provide recommendations on what loan vehicle will suit your needs.

  5. How long has MRINetwork been in business?

Founded in 1957, MRINetwork has been franchising since 1965. Today, we are the largest, 100 percent franchise owned recruiting network in the world.

  6. What is a business-format franchise?

In business format franchising, the franchisor prescribes for the franchisee a complete plan, or format, for managing and operating the establishment. The plan provides step-by-step procedures for major aspects of the business and, anticipating most management problems, provides a complete matrix for management decisions confronted by the franchisees. The major advantage of buying a business format franchise is that the "system," the means for distributing goods and or services, has been developed, tested, and associated with the trademark. As a result, rapid expansion of a successful concept can occur more quickly than through company-owned expansion.

  7. Where can I locate an office?

Anywhere in the world. You are not bound by territory nor border restrictions with MRINetwork. The number one criteria in determining location is where you want to live, play, work and retire.  We can establish an office anywhere that phone lines and high-speed internet connections exist.

  8. What industry does MRINetwork specialize in?

This is up to you. Our franchise offices specialize in hundreds of industries around the world. Many of our owners and recruiters leverage their backgrounds, combining their in depth understanding of their industries and the knowledge of who is who in the discipline. You may also have a passion for a new focus or a hot industry - in either case, we give you the help you'll need to build your database and tap into that market.

  9. Do I need to have staffing or recruiting experience?

No. Our owners come from all walks of life. Whether you are a sales executive, tired of working in Corporate America for years and hitting a wall, or simply ready to take your entrepreneurial interest to the next level, MRINetwork offers the training and methodology to enable anyone with a strong work ethic to succeed.

  10. How do I find, select and train new recruiters?

We work hand-in-hand with both new and established owners to help you build and grow your business. You are not alone through the hiring and onboarding process, as we assist from advertising to interviewing and assessing, to selecting the right people for your company culture. When a recruiter joins your team, MRINetwork has the training programs and methodology in place to help your new employee succeed in this business.

  11. What if I already own a recruiting business?

Dramatically reduced franchise fees are available for proven industry leaders. We are very interested in partnering with existing independent business owners who are interested in joining our global Network and ready to take your business to the next level.
