MRINetwork Worldwide appoints new master licensee for Latin America
26th April 2007 – MRINetwork Worldwide, one of the world’s largest search and recruitment organisations, today announced the appointment of a new master licensee for Latin America. Taking over responsibility for the support and development of existing Franchisees in Mexico and Costa Rica and with immediate expansion plans for key regions such as Brazil and Argentina, the CEO and President of the new master license, Carlos Rivera, will manage the development and expansion of the MRINetwork brand in Latin America.
Rivera, a member of MRINetwork Worldwide for the past four years, sees an excellent opportunity in the Latin American markets and plans a balanced growth strategy for the coming years. He owns and operates one of the fastest growing offices globally and will add two partners to his team. He is joined by Sergio Torres currently General Director and World Partner of Mercer Human Consulting S.A, one of the largest human capital consulting firms in the world and Julian Garcia the Executive President of Profactum S.A. a private equity firm based in Mexico City. Julian also served as General Adviser to the Economic Cabinet of the Presidency of Mexico.

This latest announcement forms part of MRINetwork Worldwide’s continued growth plans since acquiring global franchise rights (excl. US and Japan) in April 2006.
The appointment of the new master licensee was advised on by the franchising arm of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, a full-service European law firm with offices in Brussels, Hamburg, London and Manchester.
