A global manufacture of Adhesives seeks a Distribution Sales Manager for the Eastern Region responsible for delivering sales growth in multiple market segments with a full range of Adhesive Technologies through a network of independent and indirect channel partners comprised of distribution, OEM's, and private label accounts. This manager will implement the strategic plan, develop annual budgets, execute account strategies, and manage day to day operations in the eastern region. Coordinate cross functional support for distribution to achieve channel goals with direct reports (sales group, tech service, strategic accounts, customer service, manufacturing and supply management. 50 to 60% travel in the field with distributor sales reps prospecting and top down selling.

Requirements include Bachelors degree preferred and MBA is a plus. 5+ years of commercial experience, with Adhesives or Sealants and Distribution Management to Rigid Packaging, General Assembly, Textile, Graphic Arts, or Converting Industries. Base salary of $90 to $110,000+ plus bonus up to 30%. Company car, expenses, lap top, cell and excellent benefits. Ideally live in the ATLANTA REGION but FLEXIBLE as long as NEAR a MAJOR AIRPORT.
