This two-day interactive workshop is uniquely designed to equip, challenge, and refresh the leadership and management effectiveness of recruitment firm owners, managers and other office leaders.   • Driving Metrics to Success: This interactive workshop analyzes your current individual metrics and diagnoses steps to take for success. Participants learn to understand market conditions impacting their business, how to design a connect strategy for new business development, and implement a workflow for fulfillment and high-value targeted recruiting. 
  • The Art of the Offer: Identifying the wide array of job offer components, including compensation structures, benefits, stocks, retirement plans, executive packages, relocation, "non-clauses", and severance. Guidance on how to influence and negotiate those components to ensure the best offers are extended and accepted.
